Giving Tree Associates was hired by IMD Guest House Foundation in June 2013 to strengthen their grants and foundation relations program. IMD Guest House provides safe and affordable accommodations for outpatients and their families who travel for cancer treatment and other medical care at Chicago area hospitals. The Guest House offers a fully furnished, comfortable, private room on a sliding scale basis, providing the comforts of home and the care of community. In January 2014, Giving Tree’s scope was expanded to include annual campaign management and event management, along with continued grant writing and research. GTA staff is working with IMD Guest House leadership to establish a major gifts program, facilitate solicitation training to board and staff, manage the donor database and provide administrative support. GTA is also supporting the annual golf outing and silent auction.
