In November 2012 Giving Tree Associates was hired to assist The Cove School with their 65th Anniversary Capital Campaign and to expand its fundraising program.  Cove is a K-12 private school located in Northbrook, IL dedicated to providing individualized education for children with complex learning disabilities. Giving Tree consultants helped prepare campaign materials, train solicitors and assist development staff in the administration of the campaign. Giving Tree also analyzed the school’s development activities and provided recommendations on how Cove can increase its annual fundraising efforts. At the successful completion of the November 2012 scope, GTA moved into a second phase of work providing one-on-one coaching to Cove School’s Director of Development and strengthening its grants program through grant research, foundation relations and proposal development.
