Ensemble Dal Niente hired Giving Tree Associates in November 2013 to develop a short and long term strategic fundraising strategy – to guide the organization toward growth and ensure its sustainability into the future. Ensemble Dal Niente is a Chicago-based contemporary music collective that presents and performs new music in way that redefine the listening experience and advances the art form. While the organization had recently hired a part-time Director of the Development and the Board had recruited a new crop of Board members over the past two year, Dal Niente lacked a formalized year round annual campaign and communications plan.  GTA provided Dal Niente with a user-friendly strategic annual campaign road map, in addition to coaching the Director of Development on the creation of a Major Gifts Program and training the Board and Ensemble members in the art of storytelling, major gifts prospecting, cultivation and solicitation.
