Training

Giving Tree Associates was invited to conduct a solicitation training workshop for Federation lay and professional leadership in January 2014. Principal Amy Schiffman met with senior campaign leadership in order to design the training and spent two days in Kansas City with staff and lay partners in order to discuss motivations for giving, the mindset around asking, the case for giving, prospect identification, appointment making, asking for the gift and common objections. The group was able to send time in a role play at the conclusion of the workshop.
