HIAS Chicago

Capital/Endowment Campaign Management, Event Management, Training

Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS) Chicago hired Giving Tree in July of 2010 to manage its 100th Anniversary Endowment campaign and celebration. HIAS Chicago is one of the country’s most well respected providers of immigration services, assisting people seeking refuge from desperate conditions through the immigration process, regardless of race, religion or ethnicity. The campaign launched in February 2011 and seeks to raise $2,000,000 toward new and existing services. The celebration in June of 2012 will feature the donation of 100+ trees to Lincolnwood’s Channel Runne Park in honor of donors, their families and the thousands of immigrants HIAS Chicago has resettled.

HIAS Chicago

"Before I take the rest of the afternoon off, I would be remiss without personally writing to all of you and to Giving Tree and sharing our deep appreciation and gratitude for all your help & support in making HIAS Chicago's 100th Anniversary celebration and Freedom Grove dedication such a success! You have been remarkable partners in this community effort! It felt like we were truly crafting a symphony with many crucial parts that required hard work and harmony and most importantly belief in the final product! Giving Tree embraced our dream with passion and dedication and for this we are most grateful."
