Giving Tree Associates was retained in January of 2010 to develop a strategic campaign plan for Lukaba Productions.  Consultants guided professional and lay leadership in the production of project budgets, activity timetables and a campaign-related marketing plan.   In the spring of 2010 the scope of work was expanded to include a formal foundation relations research program.  Giving Tree Consultants narrowed the field of hundreds of possible funders to under 24 promising grant prospects.  Calls were made to foundation program officers and letters of intent were submitted to compelling prospects so that Stage 773 staff were able to submit full grant proposals in the fall.  Giving Tree Principals facilitated a solicitation training with the Board of Directors in late fall of 2010.
